Stick Shift: Vanity Fair Interview With CarEnvy.ca

So I was talking to Brett Berk (author of Vanity Fair’s Stick Shift column) about a month ago, right before we featured our first article of his on CarEnvy.ca, and he suggested that we should do an interview to highlight the differences between Canadian and American auto industries. At the time, I really didn’t think much of it – he asked me a few questions and I tried to answer them as intelligently as possible. I mean, what are the chances that he was actually going to publish our impromptu conversation on Vanity Fair’s website. I mean, really.

So here’s the pleasant surprise of the day, my interview with Brett Berk. Now I just hope that I represented Canada well.

I can’t believe Johnny Depp got the Vanity Fair cover. That famous Peter D. smile would have sold ten times as many issues.
